Road Racing News: Isle of Man TT Launches WhatsApp Infoline for Real-Time Updates
In a move to enhance fan experience, the Isle of Man TT has introduced a new WhatsApp broadcast infoline, keeping enthusiasts updated throughout the TT fortnight and beyond. The TT Infoline, launched ahead of the 2024 edition, will provide one-way text updates on:
- Qualifying
- Race results
- Practical information such as road closures and event schedules
As the 2024 TT prepares to kick off on May 27 with practice sessions, fans can stay informed about the latest developments and schedule changes. The event will conclude on June 8 with the Senior TT, marking the culmination of an action-packed fortnight.
Start Lists Announced
- John McGuinness set to lead the Superbike and Superstock fields
- Paul Jordan will take the first road position in the Supertwin and Supersport classes
Last year’s event witnessed Michael Dunlop surpassing McGuinness’ 23 TT wins, moving onto 25 total wins. This year, Dunlop aims to tie with Joey Dunlop as the most successful rider in TT history.

- Peter Hickman, the dominant force in the second half of last year’s race week, will strive to add to his current total of 13 wins
- Dean Harrison, the 2018 Senior TT winner, will make his debut TT starts for Honda
