Prize Presentation
The highlight of the fan park experience will be the traditional Southern 100 Prize Presentation on Thursday evening, hosted by Chris Kinley and Phil Taubman. This unique event will take place in Castletown Square, fostering a lively atmosphere and encouraging fans to support local businesses in the area.
“We are delighted to be supporting the people of Castletown, the Commissioners, and the fans and organizers of the Southern 100 by bringing a scaled-down version of our TT fan park to Castletown Square. We hope it’s a welcome enhancement to what is already a fantastic event.” – Justin McMullin, Managing Director of ELS
“The Southern 100 are extremely excited to be working alongside Castletown Commissioners and ELS to make the fan park in the square a four-day experience, opposed to just the Thursday evening. The square in the center of Castletown will create a unique atmosphere for all race fans and locals throughout the week. Of course, the open-air prize presentation on Thursday evening is not to be missed!” – Rachel Palmer of Southern 100 Road Races
“We are delighted to work with the Southern 100 club and ELS to bring another dimension to the friendly races. We look forward to hosting visitors and locals alike in our historic market square, offering a mix of entertainment and Manx hospitality. We hope it will be the ideal place to relax on either side of watching some thrilling racing, and ideally, we will also see the return of summer!” – Beth Cannan, Chairman of Castletown Town Commissioners
The full fan park schedule will be released on the Southern 100 Road Races Social Media over the coming days, providing fans with a detailed outline of the exciting activities in store.
