Southern 100 Road Races 2024: Exciting Line-Up Unveiled
On Monday, July 8, the 2024 Southern 100 Road Races will kick off, and organizers are thrilled to announce that double TT Sidecar winners Ryan and Callum Crowe will participate in the highly anticipated event.
The Jurby brothers first made their mark on the Southern 100 in 2019, taking the top spot in the Sidecar Consolation Race on their Haven Homes Yamaha, boasting an impressive average speed of 94.004mph and a fastest lap of 95.802mph.
As the sons of four-time Southern 100 Sidecar Champion Nick Crowe, Ryan and Callum are no strangers to success, having dominated both Sidecar races at this year’s TT races. Now, they’re setting their sights on adding the prestigious Southern 100 Sidecar Championship to their growing list of achievements.
However, they’ll face stiff competition from current champion Pete Founds, as well as previous champions Ben Birchall, Tim Reeves, Greg Lambert, and Tony Baker, who are all vying for the coveted title. The grid will be packed with talented crews, making for an electrifying competition that’s not to be missed.
