Thrilling Start to the Season for Road Racing Enthusiast Wag Scot
In a dominating performance, Wag Scot claimed victory in the first round of the EMRA Ultralighweight class last Sunday. Scot swept both the 125 Streetstocks and Ladies championships with two impressive race wins, fending off stiff competition from David Harely, Joey Draper, and Denise Lawson. The races were closely contested, but Scot kept her 125 streetstock bike revving to the finish line, securing her spot atop the podium.
Scot’s exceptional performance didn’t stop there, as she, along with Joey Draper, picked up additional trophies in the open 125cc class. In total, Scot collected an impressive six awards, marking a remarkable beginning to the season.
The EMRA Ultralighweight class, sponsored by RLT transport Ltd, proved to be an exciting platform for novice riders to make their mark.
Newcomers Joey Draper, 61-year-old Sharon Penrose, and 13-year-old Arthur Woods all impressed with their debut rides, showcasing the class’s friendly and welcoming nature. The Ultralighweight class includes a strong Ladies championship, making it an inclusive and enjoyable environment for riders of all backgrounds.
The atmosphere was electric at the weekend’s event, and fans of road racing news are eagerly anticipating the next round, set to take place on Bank Holiday Monday, May 6th.
